Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter and prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions (terms). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms. Entries must comply with these terms to be valid.

Promotional Period

The Promotion commences at 11th July at 4PM AEST and closes at 23rd July at 4PM AESTAEST.

Eligible Entrants

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over*.

Entry

• To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
• Purchase a ticket to any ONE Sydney event; and
• Visit https://lt67fbuodhk.typeform.com/to/Qkp7VatV, follow the prompts, input the requested details including your crypto wallet address and submit the fully completed entry form online.
• Entrants must retain the original receipt for their ONE Sydney ticket / Qualifying Transaction as proof of purchase and produce this within 7 days of a request by the Promoter. Failure to do so may, in the sole discretion of the Promotor, result in invalidation of the entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
• Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
• are received outside the Promotional Period;
• contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights;
• are incomplete or indecipherable; or
• do not otherwise comply with these terms,

will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.

• Only 1 entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction. Each entry must be submitted separately. Draw
• The Draw will be conducted at Culture Vault by Millie Migdoll (millie@culturevault.com) at 4PM (AEST) on Saturday 23rd of July, by way of a random draw.
• 99 NFT holders will receive a ONE x Campari Mikey Freedom memorabilia token. This will be airdropped into their registered crypto wallets.
• One of the 100 NFT holders will be randomly drawn to win the Prize (Winner).
• The Promoter may at any time (including after the Promotional Period), verify the validity of entries and entrants and disqualify any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of these terms or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
• If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, determine the identity of the entrant.

Prize(s)

• The Winner will receive two all-access passes to the 10 day programming of events and exhibitions hosted by ONE Sydney, as well as two drink tokens upon entry to any event. The total prize is valued at $400.
• All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
• If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter in its absolute discretion, may substitute the Prize (or a component of the Prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Other than this, the Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
• The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Notification of Winner

• The Winner will be notified in writing within 3 hours of the Draw. Their name will also be published on the Art Aid Instagram. The winner must claim their Prize within 1 day of the Draw.
• The Promoter will retain the unclaimed Prize for one day from the date of the Draw. If the Prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter will re-draw another winner for the unclaimed Prize at Culture Vault on Sunday 24th of July at 4PM AEST, by way of a random draw (Re-draw).
• The winner of the Re-draw will be contacted in writing and by telephone within 1 days of the Re-draw. Their name will also be published on the Art Aid Instagram. Winner of Re-drawn Prize must claim their Prize within one 1 day of the Re-draw.
• Re-draws will continue until a Winner is selected, with each redraw winner given 24 hours to claim their prize. If there is no Winner or the Winner of the Prize cannot be located, this information will be published one the ONE Sydney website.

Privacy

• The Promoter will collect, use and disclose entrants’ personal information to conduct and manage the Promotion in accordance with its [Privacy Policy], available at https://www.onesydney.org/privacy-policy/. The Promoter may also use entrants’ personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes for any of the Promoter’s products, including sending electronic messages to, or telephoning, any entrant. Entrants may opt out of such marketing messages at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in the message.
• Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of the Promoter’s products.

Miscellaneous

• The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly. Consumers of legal drinking age are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at www.nhmrc.gov.au).
• If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law:
• disqualify any entrant; or
• subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or modify the Prize, as appropriate.

Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable guarantees or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

• Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (includingits respective officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
• thePromotion and/or the taking or use of the Prize;
• any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control;
• any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
• any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;
• any tax liability incurred by a Winner or entrant; and/or
• any damage to or delay in transit of the Prize during delivery,

except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter.

Disputes

• All feedback in respect of the Promotion should be submitted to the Promoter’s feedback address at: info.australia@campari.com In the case of any dispute, the Promoter will make a determination, acting reasonably and taking into account any feedback provided. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, subject to any legal proceedings initiated by the complainant.
